Dr Ong Kian Chung  Consultant Respiratory Consultant Completed his basic medical education (MBBS) at the National University of Singapore in 1987, and accepted as a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in the United Kingdom in 1993. Completed his specialist training in Respiratory Medicine at the Singapore General Hospital. In 1996 and 1997, he was a Fellow in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Stanford University Medical Center, as well as a visiting clinical and research Fellow in the Stanford Sleep Disorders Clinic and Research Center. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) in Edinburgh since 2002.

Dr Kevin Soh, Senior Consultant, Ear Nose & Throat Surgeon, MBBS (Singapore), FRCS (Ed), FRCS (Glasg), FAMS (ORL), MBA Completed his basic medical education (MBBS) at the National University of Singapore in 1987. Became a Fellow of the Edinburgh Royal College of Surgeons in 1992, and the Glasgow Royal College of Surgeons in 1993. Trained at the National University Hospital and Singapore General Hospital. Spent 5 years training in the United Kingdom, specializing in Ear Nose and Throat Surgery. Obtained Fellowship with the Academy of Medicine in 1998. Has an established private practice  since February 2000.

Dr Kevin Tan Consultant Endocrinologist & Physician MBBS, MRCP (UK), FRCP (Edin), FAMS (Endocrinology) Dr Tan is a diabetologist and endocrinologist in private practice. He is also visiting consultant to the Diabetes Centre at Singapore General Hospital and runs the Diabetes in Pregnancy clinic at Thomson Medical Centre. Dr Tan graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and is a fellow with both the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh and the Academy of Medicine in Singapore. He was trained locally in Singapore General, Alexandra and Tan Tock Seng Hospitals; as well as overseas at the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK, under world renowned diabetologist Professor George Alberti. Dr Kevin Tan is currently Vice-President of the Diabetic Society of Singapore and a life-member of the Society; as well as with the Endocrine and Metabolic Society of Singapore. In the Diabetic Society, he heads the Education Sub-Committee and has been at the helm of the organising committee of World Diabetes Day Singapore events for the last 5 years. He is a keen diabetes educator and active on the lecture circuit to both professional and public audiences locally and in the region, lecturing extensively on diabetes, thyroid problems and other hormone issues. His interest is in diabetes and pituitary-adrenal disorders and his research interest is in clinical trials on diabetes.

Dr Terence Tan Hwa Min Paediatrics and Neonatology

Dr Tang Kok Kee  Consultant Adult and Paediatric Neurosurgeon Trained in Singapore for his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). Obtained his Masters of Medicine in Surgery in Singapore and his higher degrees in surgery from United Kingdom, including Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Pursued his neurosurgical (brain and spine) training in United Kingdom leading to his specialist degree in Neurosurgery with the Intercollegiate Board, UK. He also obtained Masters of Medical Science, UK. Received further training in paediatric neurosurgery in United States. Obtained his Fellow of Academy Medicine in Neurosurgery, Singapore. His interests include stroke, brain tumor and paediatric brain and spine problems.

Dr Yap Chin Kong Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist, Visiting Consultant Paediatric Endoscopy. He obtained his medical degree from National University of Singapore in 1983 and subsequently Master of Medicine ( Internal Medicine ) in 1988: Fellow Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh and Singapore. In addition to being a Gastroenterologist, Visiting Consultant Paediatric Endoscopy, his special interests include endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of early and advanced cancers, retrograde cholagio-pancreatography treatment of bile duct and pancreatic disorders, diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of bleeding from the digestive tract, liver diseases, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and liver cancer.

Dr Yap Soo Keong Consultant Eye Surgeon He obtained his MBBS degree from the medical school in the National University of Singapore in 1987. He went on to specialise in Ophthalmology, and obtained his FRCS(Edin) in 1993, and Master of Medicine (Ophthal) NUS in 1994.He had further training in the field of oculoplasty, lacrimal and orbital work in Salisbury and Southampton Hospitals UK, & Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Miami, USA. His extensive experience includes small incision cataract surgery, LASIK, laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, glaucoma, and has keen interests in his subspecialty work such as correction of entropion, ectropion, ptosis, lid & orbital tumour excision and reconstruction, nasolacrimal diseases.
